Hi @RogHyde11,
Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.
Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that you want to change the printing option from grayscale to color on your HP Color LaserJet CP1515n Printer.
Let's go through a few steps that may help to fix this issue.
And here are a few steps for you listed below:
-
Open the Printers and Faxes or the Printers folder.
-
Right-click the printer icon for your product, and then click Printing Preferences. The Printing Preferences dialog box opens.
-
Click the Color tab, deselect the Print in the Grayscale checkbox, click Apply, and then click OK.
-
Close the Printing Preferences dialog box.
You may also check the link: Managing Color
Let me know how this works.
You have a good day ahead.

Hi @RogHyde11,
Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.
I understand that the issue still persists after following the steps provided in the previous interaction.
I suggest that you Use HP ToolboxFX to set the color options.
You may check page no. 52 of the user guide from the link: User Guide

I have solved the problem.
As stated previously I do not have a "Color" tab so couldn't change it. I had already checked the manual but that just said to go to the Color tab which I did nott have so it didn't help.
I found that although the printer was correct the Model was: HP Color LaserJet CP1510 Series PCL6 Class Driver and I found the color option in there set to grayscale and changed it to "Color" and it is now working.
