I have tried running the cleaning page. This didn't work. Wondering if maybe the toners need to just be replaced? I've attached a photo of what the printer is producing

It looks like that you need to replaced black toner cartridge.
As to the other three color toner cartridge please printing the picture what i post if you see any defects with any color then it should be replaced too.
