The printer does some kind of diagnostic when starts but the control panel and network interfaces never start, cycles off.

Thank you for the update,

I appreciate your efforts and your patience,

Since the display is blank it requires a hardware service,

As there's nothing we could do to fix it as such.

I would recommend you contact HP phone support for setting up a repair/service.

If the information I've provided was helpful,
give us some reinforcement by clicking the solution and kudos buttons,
that’ll help us and others see that we’ve got the answers!
Good Luck.

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle Decipher is at your service,

It'll be my pleasure to help you out,

However, I will need a few more details to provide an accurate solution:

When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Do you get any error messages?

what steps have you performed before posting on HP Forums?

Awaiting your reply,

Regards,

It worked flawlessly couple of days ago. Did not power on yesterday, blank display. Unplugged fo 30 seconds, tried again, same issue. Tried plugging it at a different location, same issue. Open and close both front and back, same issue. When powering on, display stays blank, goes thru a brief cycle and cycles off.

Blank display, thus no error to take note of.
