CP2025 Cycling no jam

I have a CP2025 will print out a blank sheet at start up but if you try and print to it or print an internal print the machine will start cycling but feed roller doesnt rotate and tray dosent lift. and it dosent show jamit will continue to cycle without feeding until I cancle the job. It doesnt matter which tray the paper is in. This machine has an extra tray on it so I tried it out of bypass, tray 2 and tray 3 with same results. I've seen others on this fourm with same problem but no one has posted what fixed it. Thanks in advance

If you let CP2025 all on its way without canceling the job it will end up showing 59.C0 error.

It is a mechanical problem has to be fixed.
