Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I've already updated the printer firmware to the latest one and the printre driver too.

But the problem persists. After the weekend (I mean PC has not been used for several days).

The printer is shown as "offline" in windows10. When you pull the USB Cable from the printer and

plug it in again the printer is online again and you can print.

What can I do. Thank you.

In Windows, go to the devices and printers app in control panel, right click the icon for your printer and in the drop menu select option to make this printer the default.  Windows will then prompt that doing this will stop Windows from managing printers, say ok. This may fix the  problem.

Thank you,

but I've already done this at my first visit. And the problem persists.

I wanted to deactivate the energy save mode. But it seems with the latest firmware you can't set it to "off".
