Laserjet pro 400 color mfp m475dw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi there.

I changed Internet providers from Xfinity to CenturyLink.  Can laserjet pro 400 color mfp m475dw connect to a wireless 5GHz network or only a 2.5GHz network?

When the printer scans for availble wireless networks it only lists the 2.5GHz network.  I want to connect to the 5GHz network.  Is it supported?

Also, how do I delete the old non active networks?  I still have the Xfinity Internet available at home, but I am not connecting any device to it (won't cancel until I can make sure CenturyLink performs just as good as Xfinity).  Is this a case that the Xfinity router is still broadcasting an old inactive wireless network name?   want to delete the this name from the list of available networks on the printer.

Thanks.

Your printer model supports 2.4GHz wi-fi only, you can't connect it to 5GHz wi-fi.
