I have never had any trouble printing. For some reason, all I can print now is the message: HP LaserJet M402n Job Storage. The document I am trying to print is a pdf file with 750 KB. I'v tried pressing the ok button, restarting, but I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I get the signal "printing" but nothing happens.

Check and reseat both ends of your printers' data cable. Try deleting the printer from your computer and reinstalling to refresh the driver.
Another option to try printing a PDF file is to set an option in the Advanced features of Adobe Reader to Print as Image.
You might also try updating the printer firmware to the latest version.
