Can't figure out jamming stuttering sound 13.B2.D2

Keep getting a 13.b2.d2
I have followed the service manual and replaced the separation pad and pick up roller in tray 2.
When I go to copy I hear sort of a jamming, stuttering sound more too rear of unit. In don't get any other error code but the 13.B2.D2
I'd appreciate any advice, I'm on a really bad jam

I performed a component test and when I tested the tray 2 pick up motor, I got the dreaded jamming sound and stuttering sound. Does that mean the lift motor is bad, i do see the paper tray raise the paper supply in the tray.

Swapped paper pick up assembly, that solved issue.
