Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Good day! I cannot adjust normal work of HP LASERJET M1132 MFP. I download drivers from the website, but they are not installed, an error appears:

 

function at 0x80072c5c has caused a GP fault exception code 0xc0000005

 

What to do?

Try following below steps to manually launch the installation from your temp folder and let me know if that may help:

Hi! Driver installed manually, as you recommended. Now another problem: when idle, the printer turns off, as if the USB port is disconnected. What to do?
