HP LaserJet Pro MFP M125 series
Chrome OS

When I try to add this printer to my Chromebook, it says it can't automatically configure it, and I need a PPD file.  I haven't been able to locate said file.  Anyone have any idea where to find it, or any workaround?

Hi,

Assuming the printer is connected via USB, you cannot print from Chromebook to such a printer who uses the PCLmS printing language over a USB connection, this type of printer can only be used with a Chromebook via a network connection.

 

Assuming you have the M125nw printer, you may connect it to your network and then print using the HP Print for Chrome app:

If you have the M125a printer, I afraid it is not supported on Chrome OS as this is a USB only printer:
