I have an HP Laser Jet 1102w and I have downloaded the HP Smart app but I can’t get the printer to hook up to the wifi. When I hold onto the the WiFi button on the printer the 2 yellow lights below it never blink together. They only stay lit. The WiFi light flashes repeatedly very fast 7-8 times before stopping. I hold onto the WiFi button on the printer for at least 20 seconds.  I am using the video from the following site to help out: https://support.hp.com/sg-en/document/c03561640 . It is the 4th one.

Hi,

The video is intended for later HP Laserjet printers than your printer.

 

To connect your printer you should use the HP software installation as listed in below support document:

https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02847467

 

Once connected to the wireless network, then you may print from a mobile device.
