HP M632 FLOW MFP

I recently installed a new preventative maintenance kit (the fuser plus new paper rollers for all the trays) on an HP M632 FLOW MFP.   I need to reset the counter to show that the maintenace kit has been installed.

In the past I have just clicked 'supplies' on the control panel, and then gone into 'supply settings' and 'supply maintannce' and said "reset fuser kit" or "reset maintenance kit", but the only option showing up there on this printer is "reset ADF kit".

Can anyone tell me how to get this counter reset?

Thank you!

I believe that this counter auto-resets after you have printed 100 pages with the new fuser. Correction: There should be an option in the reset supplies, but if the maintanence kit has not reached the point where it is warning you may not have the option to reset. You can also try going through the service menu and resetting the supplies there.

Two things:

The printer is down to 2% remaining, so it's definitely doing the warning, so in theory, I should have the "option to reset", however there is none.   (I am not familiar with going through the Service Menu to reset the supplies. Can you elaborate on this?)

Secondly, it has now printed 1,000+ pages since the new maintenance/fuser kit was put in, so if it was supposed to automatically reset, it should have by now.

I haven't gotten a straight answer on whether it should be automatically resetting itself on this model, or if it's a manual process, but in either case it's not working. At this point I'm trying to figure out if it's an issue with the fuser kit or with the printer itself. Would love any additional feedback from anyone on this!
