Laserjet CP2025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I own an HP color laserjet CP2025 printer. After adding paper to tray 2, I couldn't slide the tray back into it's slot all the way. Vertical plastic pieces on either side of the tray contact a black vertical wall on either side and the tray stops there. It seems that  once those plastic pieces abut the printer wall, the remainder of the tray should continue to move forward until the tray is closed. Any help is appreciated. I don't see any broken pieces.

It's fixed. Embarrasingly, after almost a month of this problem, my wife fixed it in 5 seconds! :Surprise:

It looks like you had inadvertently moved the front of the Tray into position for Legal size paper.

Did you tell the wife this will reflect in her next review?<g>

What she did was pull in on the blue tab at the front right of the tray, and that allowed the front part of the tray to slide forward.
