Hi,

I've got a problem with my printer: when I connect it to the power, the blue Wi-Fi led starts blinking and I can hear a noise like something that is frying. If I try to press the power button it turns on and then off and I can do nothing.
I tried to change the power supply cable, but it didn't change anything.
I also tried to disconnect and reconnect the power supply cable after 60 seconds.
You can view the problem in this video.

Can someone help me to fix this problem?
Thank you in advance!

Hi I would like to assist to the best of my ability to solve your problem.I hope the information i supply will be of help.

Personally I think you are having a faulty power supply board on the machine. It might a good idea to have the  machine tested at a repair shop where they have spare parts to get to the fault.Hope this will help.

Thanks for the reply.

I contacted the support and they will send me a new printer in a few days after I tried to reset it by pressing various buttons combination, so this problem seems to be fixed for me.

I was lucky because it is still under warranty.
I think that the problem is the same as you described: a faulty power supply.
