Is there a way to lock the Quick Sets folder before a user signs in? We currently have Print Release, Scan to Email, Copy, and Fax all locked on the main screen. The individual Quick Sets (inside of the folder) are locked until someone signs in. But it would be nice if there is a way to put a lock on the Quick Sets folder for continuity.

How many quick sets do you have? If only a couple you could always move them to the home screen and just hide the quick set folder icon.

Not that many, personally I would put the quicksets on the home screen. Easier for users to find.

I played around with my 577 and could not make a change in security that would allow it.
