Is their to set up the date to automatically print on incoming emails or faxes.

Hi,

For faxes you cannot set any such to print date automatically for incoming faxes.

 

For printign a Watermark only allow adding a plain text, means that it need to be updated to include the current date printed.

 

For emails your email application may support any such feature to automatically add a date printed, MS Outlook as example support a such:
