We recently replaced a formatter board on one of our M609 printers and while we can print to the printer fine I can no longer access the web interface. I have tried http and https. I have tried IE and Chrome. I get "Can't reach this page" and "This site can’t be reached"
Has anyone else run into this issue or knows of a way to re-enable the web interface?

Next step would be to try a cold reset. These steps are normally stored in the Service or Troubleshooting manuals.
Printer cold reset
Cold reset using the Pre-boot menu from a touchscreen control panel
CAUTION: This procedure resets all product conƭgurations and settings to factory defaults (customer conƭgurations and settings are lost).
1. Touch the middle of the control-panel display when you see the 1/8 under the logo.
2. Use the down arrow button to highlight the +3:Administrator item, and then touch the OK button.
3. Use the down arrow button to highlight the +8:Startup Options item, and then touch the OK button.
4. Use the down arrow button to highlight the 2 Cold Reset item, and then touch the OK button.
5. Touch the Home button to return to the main Pre-boot menu and highlight the 1 Continue item, and then touch the OK button.
NOTE: The printer initializes.

Are you attempting to navigate to the IP Address of the printer or the hostname?
The IP Address should always be accurate. The hostname is dependant on the clients DNS server to make accurate lookups and convert hostnames into IP Addresses. The hostname will start at the defaults of the new formatter board which may be different than what you expect. Thus, use IP when troubleshooting.
Try typing the IP address into the web browser and then reconfiguring the hostname from there. If IP doesnt work then try to PING the IP and make sure something responds. There could also be a firewall issue on the printer that disabled EWS or blocks the browser traffic to the client machine.

If a cold reset does not resolve the issue I would suggest that you enter the PreBoot menu as instructed in other posts and format the harddrive which will prompt for firmware reinstall. Being Windows based devices, swapping the formatter may have corrupted files.
