Product: HP Officejet 6500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When I upgraded my computer to Windows 10, I lost all ability to connect to my printer it, regardless of what I have tried, including wireless and non-wireless setups.  HELP!

Uninstall and reinstall with the latest software updates from HP's support website.  Printer installations do not normally survive major OS upgrades.

Thank you John but I have reinstalled the printer numerous times.  I also have downloaded and updated my Surface Book and went to the HP site and updated any new updates.  Still nothing worked.  I do really think it was due to an issue with a update in September but I haven't been able to find the fix.
