HP LaserJet Pro 100 Color MFP M175
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my HP LaserJet Pro 100 Color MFP M175 printer now for 6 years and has never missed a beat. In this time I have changed my home router about 3 times and have never had an issue reconnecting via the Wi-Fi setup.

I recently upgraded my home internet service provider, but for whatever reason following the same steps I have done in the past with my previous routers, the printer refuses to connect to this new router for Wi-Fi connection.

I can successfully when connected via usb or network cable to the printer directly, see the printer and select it and print at will, so I know that my PC and printer drivers via a wired connection work fine.

The menu on this printer is disabled for admin use, hence making it very difficult to try a factory reset as I think my printer is still logically connected and remembers my old router details, and refuses to connect to my newly provided router.

When connected via wired network, logged onto the Printer admin page, chosen the new Wi-Fi SSID I have setup, and after providing Wi-Fi password it then tells me to remove the LAN cable and connect via the Wi-Fi button on the printer.

Tried WPS button many times but keeps failing. Run the "Wireless Network Test Report" and fails at Security diagnostics stage.

Have run out of ideas and like I mentioned above, need to do a factory reset to clear the network settings on the printer, to be able to connect to the new Wi-Fi router.

Happy for any assistance to get my Wi-Fi to work again on my printer as usb/lan is not ideal for me, as I have cables all over the place as my printer is not close to my PC normally.
