Cannot connect to printer

Are to change wireless network, but in the process, the printer created its own network (SSID). NOw I cannot get in touch with the printer. Neither via USB or wireless? HP seems not to render any installation software assistance to this product. Any suggestions very much appreciated.

While you respond to that, refer to this document - Changing from a USB to a Wireless Connection

If the issue still persists, try re-installing the printer driver -

For Windows OS, refer to this document for instructions.

For Mac OS, refer to this document for instructions.
