I can't get my Laser Jet Pro MFP M130 printer to find my new router; one thing troubleshooting said to try is hold the wireless button and cancel button both down at same time for 5 seconds so that the new router can be set up, but there is not a 'cancel' button. I am at a loss what to do and very frustrated!!

Thanks for clarifying @Genie53.
From the printer, using the side arrows locate Network Setup and press OK, then select Restore Network Defaults and confirm any prompt, the printer restarts during this process.
Next, follow 'Connect a printer that does not have a touchscreen control panel > Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app' below:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1736500-1626554-16
As the printer was already set to setup mode with my steps, follow the steps in the document within the HP Smart app only, the wireless reset has already been done.

i tried all of your steps and tried the app also, it can't even connect to the printer. I pushed the buttons and it said it restored settings and then all it did was print a wireless report.
I even tried typing in the printer's IP address in the browser and it wouldn't bring up the page.

Hi,
You should not restore the settings by following the steps in the document, as these steps listed in my previous post, guiding how to restore wireless for your printer model, you should simply skip the 'Prepare the printer for a wireless network connection.' step, this is already taken care in my post, as these steps in the document are not for your specific printer model
In the document, select your OS under 'Step 2: Connect the printer with the HP Smart app', ensure the device is connected to your wireless network, and skip to the step of installing and opening the HP Smart app and further.
