Hello,

When accessing the printer's IP address I see the printer information but I cannot login to admin account.

I tried with admin/admin but it didn't work.

I also tried to reset the network settings, but after this it stil didn't work.

How can I reset the printer so I should be able to log in with the default admin credentials?

If no password has been set then the default is admin for user name and blank for password. However, if the device is asking that you login then someone has added a password. The only way to clear is to perform an NVRAM reset. I don't have the instructions for that in front of me, but if you check Youtube usually you can find a video that tells you how.

Actually, no one changed the password.

The printer is behind a router. The local IP address of the printer is NATed through the router so the printer's web page can be accessed via the router's public IP address.

When I access the web interface via public IP address I cannot login, but if I access the web interface from a device connected to the router via local IP address, the login works (and yes, I changed the default admin password).

So do you have an idea how could I login using the public IP address of the printer, which actually is the router's public IP address? I see the page with basic information but cannot login.
