Cannot print 5x7 photos

I am trying to print 5x7 photos. The selection when I try to printout photos does not have 5x7, but it has 5x8 (weird). However, the printer does support 5x7 forms. How do I get the printer to print 5x7 photos?

Which software do you use to print ? Please use the following software

When open this software, please select 5 x 7 first then select photos to print.

Still does not work...The paper size is still 5x8. I need the paper size to be 5x7. How do I change the paper size on this printer.

Sorry, you did not use the software mentioned above.

(a) When open software, select Quick Print then 5 x 7 (I use metric units therefore it is 13 z 18)

            

(b) Import photo you wish to print (you can watch a video which shows you how),

(c) Now print, it will autotamically give right size

I did use the software and you are correct. It gives me the correct size for the photo. However, my printer uses page size also and the page size is 5x8, the image is 5x7 and so my printer is looking for paper that is 5x8 and the photo does not come out center on the 5x7 photo paper, eventhough I have it set for centered.

My dilemma is how to change or set the page size to 5x7 on my printer, which is a HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M476nw. I cannot print 5x7's without the page size being 5x7.

My suggestion: reinstall software and driver from the CD which comes with printer.

Hi BlackCherokee.

I second Banhien's recommendation to reinstall your printer's full-feature drivers. Often that enables additional print sizes.

On the printing page in HP Photo Creations, you can specify both image size (as shown in Banhien's screenshot) and paper size. HP Photo Creations gets the list of available paper sizes from your printer, so if 5x7 isn't showing up as a choice, I'd suspect the printer driver.

You can also try setting a custom paper size by clicking the Printer Settings link on that screen, just above the Paper Size menu.
