Hello, one of my colleagues Alexis Sosa submitted case # Removed but he is out of the office, and I would like to get an update on this case #.

Hi @PPIMENTEL 

 

Upon checking we find that the service technician visited and fixed the issue. The ADF of the printer was replaced and the technician tested the printer and confirmed the resolution of the issue.

 

In case of any issue that you're still facing do let me know here.
