HP Laser Jet Pro M15w Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have my M15w printer wireless to my andriod tablet.OK

and I have my Windows 10 Desktop also connected to the M15w printer using USB. OK

I can not change the connection from USB to a wireless connection.

Using the HP printer Assistant, select Tools from the navigation bar, then select Device Setup & Software does not not work.

You can try to manually change the port. If you know the Ip address of the printer follow these instructions. On your computer, go to control panel>devices and printers and then right click on the icon for your printer and select printer properties from the drop down menu.  Then go to the ports tab, click add new port, select standard TCP/IP port and enter the address for your printer, click ok and apply as required and then close these windows and you should be able to print wirelessly. You should apply a manual address to your printer to prevent connection loss if you have a power failure.
