I am trying to install a new HP printer. I cannot set up the printer to print wireless because I am operating under 5ghz and need to change to 2.4ghz. I have gone to network settings but cannot figure out how to make the change.

Hi,
The printer only supports 2.4GHz and cannot connect to a 5GHz wifi signal,

To connect the printer you would need to change your router configuration to broadcast a 2.4GHz wireless radio, this have only to do with your router configuration and not with your printer, for any help changing your router settings I suggest contacting your router service provider.
As soon as setting your router to support 2.4GHz you may follow the HP software installation to connect the printer to your wireless network.
