I’m really hoping someone can help- I have got magenta spots and streaks over everything I print so thought I’d try running the cleaner page. It sets off and then asks for the paper to be out in the manual feed, do this and about 10-15 seconds later it jams so can,t finish the clean. Any suggestions to either change to the tray or do this another way- am getting that annoyed just want to throw the thing away!!!

If you have magenta everywhere chances are your magenta cartridge is bad. Cleaning page issue might be caused by too light a paper stock being used or worn rollers in the MP tray. Hard to say without seeing where in the path it jams.
