Cold or Hard reset to Admin Password for HP Laser jet 700 color MFP M775 printer

Hello ,

      Can anyone Help me to reset an admin or config password on HP  Laser jet 700 color MFP M775 printer 

i want to try cold reset or Hard Reset to solve my problme

Hi @Jovan-IT,

You can do a Partial Clean. Here's how:

1) Touch the screen when 1/8 appears during the booting proccess of the printer

2) Thus you enter the pre-boot menu. Then go to Administration -> Partial Clean and click OK

3) Then go back and select Continue

4) Let it boot. It may take a while.
