Hello. I am wondering how to preform a cold reset on a LaserJet Pro M404dn. A fairly new model so I am struggling to find anything online that can help. Thanks.

From the control panel go to : setup menu>printer maintenance and then select either cold reset or factory reset.
factory reset: resets any custom settings have have been added to the printer
cold reset: Resets printer to out-of-box condition, startup questions like self or IT managed will appear are initial prompts again.
