Color HP LaserJet Pro - M254nw
macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hello,

I am experiencing an issue with my Color Laserjet Pro M254nw with a message "Memory is Low. Job Cancelled."

I have read other posts with the similar issues and tried doing a a few suggestions, like deleting the printer and adding it again, resetting it. Or via USB. Still the message appears.

I was trying to update the firmware, but the printer says no updates are found.

How can I access the printer memory and clear all the printing history or add memory to the printer? And please provide a step by step solution for Mac and not Windows.

I need help!

The may simply be too complex for the printer. You can try lowering the resolution to reduce the amount of memory required to print the document.

Hello 'Repairatrooper',

You seem to be right, never thought a simple picture could be too complex for such a printer.
I printed just a text document, which didn't cause any problem. Thanks!
