HP Recommended
3600n
macOS 10.12 Sierra

Getting the 10.0001 error, and have tried power cycling the machine, and removing and reinstalling all of the cartridges (official HP). Cant seem to solve this, anyone have ideas?

This is an error message related to your cartridge:

http://www.laserprinterhelp.net/article/AA-03645/0/10.XXXX-Supply-error.html

Chances are 10.0001 is referring to the Cyan cartridge for your printer model.  Take it out and make sure all of the packaging is removed.  Reinstall the cartidge

If the cartridge is bad then request a replacement from HP or wherever you purchased the cartridges.

Another way to try is to Disable Cartridge Check it will let you print without check cartridge s are right or not and even absent one or two still will be fine.

Find it in front panel 's diagnostic menu and you can use 3600n in this way all the time before you power off 3600n.

You can change any cartride to any place if you like such as K-M C-M Y-C......

Even you take one or two cartridge out without using it will be fine too.
