There is a sensing arm that hangs down into the output bin, locate it and see if it moves freely up-and-down.

They arm might be part of a set up fingers that are raised and lowered each time paper feeds into the output been.

Hi is the output bin the tray underneath the printer?

if it is then the lever is free to move, there is nothing stalling it

Hi @Pcbyvoice,

The output bin is the tray where the printed paper lands. In order to check the output bin sensor if it works fine or not, you have to remove the top cover of the printer. Then, you can move the flap up and down and see if the sensor works.

I hope that helps.

Cheers!
