Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M176n

Hello, I got some issues in hp M176n printer, just bought it yesterday, it is brand new product.

The first issue is the doted colored on the right side of the page, I have cleaned, calibrated, and follow hp roles but still appearing. The second issue, is the scanned as seen from the error attached above, same thing, I tried most of the hp support, but it is not working.

Any ideas??
