Product: Color Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fdn
Operating System: macOS 10.12 Sierra
My printer is connected to my LAN with a cable - already replaced it. I can get to the printer if i open my broser and put in the IP Address. My computers tell me the printter is not connected when i try to print. This just started out of the blue - never had this issue before.

a few things to try:
make sure you dont have a corrupt print job sitting in the print queue
try sending a firmware upgrade, you can download the file off the HP website under the support/drivers tab
completely uninstall and then re-install the print drivers on your Mac
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
