Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I just purchased a Color Laserjet 4201DW - I have been trying to print from Tray 1 - I have changed the paper size and type to 4 x 6 and cardstock.  Every time I try to print I receive error F0.01.01.04 - I have updated the software and firmware on the printer.   Any thoughts on how I can get this to work?
