Color Laserjet CP2025 ghost paper jam

For some reason today keep getting "paper jam" that isn't one.

If I just roll out the toners and roll back in, close cover, then it continues printing.

Until it thinks again a jam is there.

Seems to happen w multipage job not single page ones.

(Paper tray is fine. No other obstructions noted anywhere.)

Common issue on this series. Your pickup roller is worn. Odds are it has never been changed and this printer is not quite old. Do a google search for the tray 2 roller as it is available at many locations and instructions are also on the web.

Thanks that sounds credible given the symptoms, will have our repair people check it out
