CP5525xh

Hey guys,

just need you help again!

We have a really strange prob and I found nothing helpful.

Some times (every x pages; cannot say exactly) we got this error 41.07.16

on the Display of CP5525xh.

If you click "OK" you get a pale printed (or total white) page out.

After this the printer works correctly again. Till the next error...

Can be 3 Pages till then, or 20, always different. But very annoying cause the printer stops during x times

during you're printing 50 Pages.

Any Idea's?

Thanking you in anticipation

Service documentation states to ensure that the firmware must be newer than 29111217. You can print a configuration page and check the current installed firmware and upgrade as needed from support.hp.com. Upgrade as  required If that does not resolve the problem. then replace the DC controller.

If you find the information provided useful or solves your problems, help other users find the solution easier by marking my post as an accepted solution. Clicking "yes" on "was this reply helpful" also increases the chances that this solution will help others.

Thanks for fast reply!

Have you eventually a Part number or similar?

Just to be sure that I buy the right Part 🙂

Thanks!

DC Controller Part number for Duplex printers is : CE708-67902

If you recently moved the printer to a new location I would confirm the quality of the electrical supply before replacing any parts.
