Color Laserjet MFP M477 fdw 59.3 error

Copies were coming out with toner on them like the roller was dirty or something. Tried running a cleaning program which asked for paper to be sideloaded, not from tray. paper was pulled in, crinkling sounds, then 59.3 error. screen says to turn off then on. done several times, no result. same error message. tired unplugging. still the same message.

Product is out of warranty. any help greatly appreciated

I believe that you have a Fuser Motor Startup error, that combined with the toner on copies is pointing to the Fuser being the problem.

If the extra toner on the pages smears when you rub it that would also point to the Fuser.

Did the cleaning page jam inside the printer? and is it possible that there is still a jam at the Fuser?

Yes! the paper is jammed in there somewhere. Not visible by opening any of the doors. How do you access the Fuser?

Something bad and not an easy job to fix it.
