someone from HP Sweden called me last week and stated that my case would be handled by technicians and that they would contact me. Since then ... nothing.

Hello,

I'm sorry the contacts in the forum didn't solve my problem.

But I want to give large cudos to MarcusSoMe who forwarded the call to HP Sweden and then ever larger cudos to HP Customer Relations Sweden who replaced my printer even if it was out of warranty. Not to mention the Service Technicians who heard me out while I was complaining about printer problems.

Once again, a huge thank you to all involved.
