Color laser jet pro MFP M477fdw won't power up.

Hi,
I have a MFP M477fdw that refuses to turn on, it shows no signs of life, no light, noise or action.

I have tried different power cables, no change.

I have removed the power connector side cover and checked both system fuses, I found a small and large fuse, both were below 0.2 Ohms when tested, so not blown.

At this stage I have hit a dead end, I was hoping to get some advice and/or acquire a service manual, that would hopefully have some trouble shooting points or test points/procedures.

If there are no signs at all of life then likely the low voltage power supply has failed and will require replacement.
