Hi,
the CP1215 is not supported on any Mac computer and never was:
You may try the steps below and see if it may allow you to get some basic print capabilities, it may work and may not, I did personally test it in the past but with much older versions than Catalina, lately I do receive shared feedback about its success to be working on the latest OS versions, but it worth trying:
- Download and install below drivers:
https://support.apple.com/kb/DL1888?locale=en_US - Power on the printer and connect the cable to your Mac.
- Open System Preferences > printers and Scanners.
- Click the plus sign and select the listed CP1215 printer.
- Within the Use drop-down menu click on Select Printer Software.
- Locate the HP Color Laserjet 2600 printer from the list and press Add.
- Try printing using the newly added print queue and see if that may work.
