Bad cartridge, something dragging on the transfer belt or a bad transfer belt. Are streaks a single color, if yes, suspect that cartridge. Check the labels on the cartridges carefully, we have had cases where loose labels have dragged on the belt.

Based on the age of the product, it is very likely that they transfer belt has failed. That said, if the label on one cartridge is bad it will smear all the colors.
