HP ColorLaserJet MFP M281fwd
iOS 12 - 12.0.1

I purchased two printers and both shows the same exact problem: a huge out-of-register of colors, that makes everything printed somwhat blurry. The issue is about 1 mm.

We found a command "printer calibration" and we choose 12 hours. Apparently nothing changed. I'm sure we are missing something: what are the time spans for?

Can anyone help? This thing is driving everyone crazy.

Thanks!

After various attempt of calibration, we reset the printer to its default setting (even if we never changed them).

After this, the printer itself performed a noisy and quite long calibration that had never done before. And that was the magic: the demo print was perfect.

The printer also kept anyway all it's setting (like language), so I don't really undrestand what logic is using, but it worked.

I write this note so that others can find a solution too.
