Hi - getting pcl XL error message - subsystem: IP, error: insufficient memory
printer just prints same page over and over again. Tried turning off and back on, cancelling job, changing driver etc. Nothings worked so far. Any ideas?

PCL XL error message most of time is driver problem.
You can try to use PCL5/PS drivers or uninstall and reinstall driver to see if it helps.
If it only happens on PDF's printing make sure it is just that single one pdf file to get problem or all pdf files have problems.
It maybe just a bad pdf file that gets troblem.
Try to print another kind of file such as Excel/Word/Txt.... to see what happens.
And you can update the firmware maybe it helps.

Many thanks for looking at this and replying.
I read in another post about changing the driver, which I did again last night. I couldn't see a PCL5 version driver so chose a PS option. It seems to be for the moment, although it has printed one of the erroneous sheets out this morning, so i may not be 'out of the woods'...
I wasn't priting any PDFs to my knowledge.
