Color LaserJet Pro m252dw

Installed new software update and now can't print. Getting communication error with toner. Followed instructions. Pulled out toner, put back, restarted printer. Still errors. Any suggestions would be helpful

Firmware and software updates can break the validation of some 3rd party cartridge providers.  If you are using 3rd party then work with your 3rd party cartridge supplier for steps on what to do next.  They may have other customers with the same problem and need to find a way to validate thier cartridges with HP or refund your money.
