WE have 2 routers in the office and i would like to connect my printer to the 2 networks so that whenever 1 network is not available i could still print.

No.  Only 1 IP address per device on any network.   If you connect the Ethernet port the wireless is disabled automatically.   You can however use a USB connection with either wireless or Ethernet, but not both.
