Product: Color Laserjet Pro MFP 4301fdw

I just bought this Color LaserJet Pro MFP 4301fdw printer direct from HP.  When powered on it is making a buzzing noise.  This buzzing noise never stops. I have reseated the toner module, opened and closed all doors, rebooted the printer.  I haven't even connected the printer to my network - it is just sitting on a desk.  

 

I tried to open a case with HP support but my serial # is not recognized by the system so I can't even open a case.

 

How do I get support for this issue, or how do I stop the buzzing noise?
