Product: Laser jet pro 200 color m251nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)
Printer in error mode, only a red x on control panel. Turned on printer, unplug the power cord at the back and then unplug from wall socket. Home light came and all the arrows too but control panel won't go to blue screen. Changed the control panel with a reformist ed that I bought at eBay but it has same problem, it doesn't go to a blue screen. What else should I do?
