Hello, is it possible to convert the USB Cable connection to my printer to a wireless connection? if yes, how should I do that?

Thank you

@nizark, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Unfortunately, the printer model you have does not support wireless connectivity.

However, you can use an ethernet cable to make it work wireless i.e., to work without a USB cable.

Refer to the table below for more details:

You can refer to this document to configure the printer on the network.

Let me know if this helps.

Cheers 🙂

Thank you for your reply and your clear explanation, but in my case it's not possible to connect th printer to the router or network, because we don't have access for that.

I'm thinking about another solution for that by buying a hardware device to make it work wireless, could you please advise me what kind of suitable hardwar can I buy to make it work.

Thank you for your help.

@nizark

The HP 1200w NFC/Wireless Mobile Print Accessory adds wireless printing capability to the laserjet printer.

You can purchase the accessory and connect it to your printer.

Once you have the accessory purchased, you can refer to this link for installation.

Let me know if this helps.

Cheers 🙂
