Product: HP P2055dn Laser Jet Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Is there any way to set up a wireless connection to a non-wireless printer (HP P2055dn Laserjet) using bluetooth or some other technology?

Not with that printer.  However, you can use Ethernet to connect to your router and then all devices will be able to print to it.

 

You could even use a Ethernet Powerline Adapter and use your house wiring to connect.
